If you’d like to continue after your initial contract, Hotel Resources FL can help match you with a new seasonal employer—so you can extend your stay and keep working on the H-2B visa (based on job availability and eligibility).

Fees & Eligibility

There is no program fee to participate in the H-2B program.

To be eligible, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a Passport valid for at least six months beyond your period of stay in the United States (unless exempt by country-specific agreements)
  • Have a level of English sufficient for the position. English needed ranges from basic to advanced depending on the job requirement.
  • Must be available to start working from April 1st, 2025.
